Interactive Map of North Adams and the Hoosic River Available!

Our 2015 summer intern Ellie Wachtel collated and connected over 50 detailed insurance maps from 1942 which feature every house and businesses in existence during the early 1940s. Along with much research reading old newspapers at the North Adams library, she digitized these maps and created an informative, historical, interactive map of North Adams.
