This documentary was scripted, filmed, and produced by HRR’s 2015 summer intern, Williams College student Sam Park. It tells the history of the Hoosic River and its significance in turning North Adams into a thriving mill, the building of the flood chutes by the Army Corps of Engineers and ends with the founding of the Hoosic River Revival and the plans for the pilot project.
