The Hoosic River Revival engaged river restoration specialists to develop a collection of possible revitalization options for the South and North branches of the Hoosic River. Below is a sampling of some of the concept sketches and descriptions of the possibilities. We hope these few examples will inspire ideas and discussion about the future of North Adams’ aging flood chutes. Please keep in mind these are only concepts and not finished or selected designs.
